the afterburn lasted all the way to our workout the next day, which can only be a good thing (even if it felt like anything but at the time). The movements certainly came more naturally than in many of the other classes we tried.

Surfset is about as far away from a boring gym workout as you can get.
Cameron Diaz credits her washboard abs to surfing. Although catching a wave on Singapore shores can prove to be a challenge, you can now “surf” on land.
Before I know it, I’m all drenched in perspiration as the 45 minute-class came to an end.
Besides being a great surf-training tool and overall workout, SURFSET is just really fun.
I thought Surfset would be a breeze to do but I totally underestimated it! I’m already practising yoga and had thought my core stability was good. Surfset forced me to really engage my core and focus on my balance. It also helped me realise that I’ve not been distributing my weight evenly.
